Vietnamese Prawn Salad

Ingredients:
- ¼ small Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- 10 snow peas, top and tailed
- ½ cup bean sprouts
- ½ cup julienne carrots
- 2/3 cup chopped Vietnamese mint leaves
- 2/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 120g fresh cooked prawns, chopped
- 1 tbsp BB Feel Good Salad Dressing
Method:
- Toss all ingredients together and enjoy
